The 2025 Le Mans 24 Hour Moto was once again held on the Le Mans Bugatti circuit, this year with lots of le pleut.
It was in changing and more difficult weather conditions since the race start on Saturday at 3 pm, that the YART YAMAHA won after a fall of the KAWASAKI WEBIKE TRICKSTAR #11, at the exit of the corner in the last race hour. However, the race was off to a bad start for the Austrian team after a crash at the end of the first lap.

The difficult rainy weather conditions kept the suspense until the last moment in this 48th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Moto with more than 154 falls throughout the race

The start was given by the French actor and director, Mathieu Kassovitz.

It was entering the last hour of race that the Kawasaki #11, with the rain starting to fall again, fell out of the contention.. Then, in the lead of the race for long hours and with a lead of two laps, Roman Ramos Alvaro was forced to bring his bike in to the pits for repair, thus handing the victory to YART YAMAHA and its three drivers Karel Hanika, Marvin Fritz and Jason O’Halloran. This would mark the Fifth victory for Yamaha at Le Mans, and second victory for the YART team after the 2009 edition.

Gregory LeBlanc did not become the new record holder at Le Mans today and remains tied with Alex Viera, who has won five times.

The third step of the podium was completed by the ERC ENDURANCE #6 team with the BMW M1000 RR driven by Illya Mykhalchyk, Kenny Foray and David Checa.

In the Super Stock category, it was the French team NATIONAL MOTOS HONDA FMA #55 who won, ahead of the Honda DAFY RAC41 #41 and the Yamaha YZF-R1 of the 3ART BEST OF BIKE driven by Sarthian rider Alexy Negrier. Ths marked the first participation and first podium for the young prodigy!

For the production category, TEAM SUPERMOTO RACING and its #222 Yamaha won, ranking 31st overall. The Kawasaki ARTEC #199 finished 40th and last in this ranking.

A few numbers about the race
