Jack Webster

Jack Webster is a veteran motorsport photographer and photojournalist whose career behind the lens spans more than five decades. He photographed his first race at the 1971 Mid-Ohio Can-Am after being spellbound by Steve McQueen’s Le Mans. He has since captured the drama, personalities, and atmosphere of racing at legendary venues including Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen, Road America, Road Atlanta, and Le Mans. His work combines technical flair with an insider’s understanding of racing borne of his time working for IMSA teams in the ‘80s. Jack is a photographer and contributor to The Motorsport Diaries and the author of Racing Pilots, a photographic history featuring more than 400 images from five decades of motorsport.
